Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Pakistan?
Yes. You can pay in cash when your order arrives. COD is available on orders delivered anywhere in Pakistan.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and smaller towns. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
What kind of products does Highfy sell?
Highfy sells skincare (face washes, moisturizers, vitamin C and niacinamide serums, exfoliators, brightening creams, sunblock and facial kits), makeup (highlighters, foundation, blush, lip gloss), haircare, health care products, men’s grooming, car accessories and kitchen gadgets.
Are the car lights compatible with my car model?
Each car product lists the exact models and years it fits, for example Honda City 2014–2021 or Honda Civic 2016–2022. Check the product title and description before ordering, or contact us if you are unsure.
How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart, go to checkout, enter your name, phone number and delivery address, and choose Cash on Delivery. You will receive an order confirmation once it is placed.

Can I return or exchange a product?
If a product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos, and our team will help you.
Is the nebulizer a replacement for medical advice?
No. A nebulizer only delivers medicine prescribed by a doctor. Always follow your doctor’s advice on which medicine to use and how often.
